Aman Hotel and Residence

• Oversee all aspects of the interior construction of Aman New York, a 35,000 m2 luxury hotel, which included the preservation and adaptive reuse of the historic 1921 Beaux-Arts Crown Building.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, architects, including the coordination of carpentry and millwork teams with MEP teams.
• Create schedules for workers and subcontractors, manage schedules and activities.
• Address delays and emergencies as they arise.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
• Perform quality control.
