Damat Flagship Store – Retail Interior Design & Execution

• Oversee all aspects of the interior fit-out for the Damat flagship store, including the integration of new concept design elements, high-end material finishes, and custom furniture solutions.
• Coordinate subcontractors, interior architects, lighting consultants, and millwork teams to ensure alignment with the brand’s visual merchandising strategy.
• Manage daily site activities, schedule subcontractors, and oversee installation of bespoke fixtures, shelving systems, and display zones across multiple departments.
• Address design implementation challenges and on-site changes to ensure project continuity and timely delivery.
• Coordinate delivery and installation of materials, furniture, and lighting fixtures with international vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain premium execution standards in line with the Damat brand identity.
